Lymphatic Massage

General lymphatic massage uses special techniques to encourage the drainage of fluid (Lymph) within the lymphatic system. These techniques are particularly useful for relaxation and stress release, to clear waste and fluid from the system, and for fluid retention., swelling (oedema) and cellulite. This massage uses very gentle movements without the use of a medium, such as oil. The additional benefit of MLD is that it is also relaxing! Those clients with lymphadoema should seek a qualified manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) practitioner in the Vodder, Földi, Leduc or Lesley-Smith methods.
